Cancellations of internet bookings and refunds
Those guests who make bookings over the internet do this via a third party. Our guests are normally charged a minimum of one night deposit. You can cancel the booking at any time but you may lose the money for the first night if we do not have enough notice. This will depend on when you cancel the booking. If you cancel 7 or more nights before your arrival then you should get a full refund minus £20.00 handling charges that are paid to a third party.
If you cancel and there are less then 7 nights left before you check in then you will loose the first night deposit but this depend on whether we can let the room or not. We will try and let the room as this is in our interest but it is not guaranteed.
Cancellations of direct hotel bookings and refunds
When you book directly with us, we will take one night deposit. Those of our guests who book directly with us will normally always get a full refund minus £10.00. This is for handling charges for card transitions if you cancel 7 days or more before your arrival.
For cancellations we require minimum 7 days notice prior to check in. Our guests will not get a full refund if insufficient notice is given to us.
