Brighton & Hove City Council says:
"Brighton Marina House Hotel has been a sponsor for the children's flower bed competition since 1996. This competition forms one of the keystones in Brighton and Hove in bloom competition.
"It encourage children to take an active part in making the community a brighter more interesting place and has strong entries from across the city."
